FAQs

My Orders:

Place your order by doing this:

➢ Choose your favourite through the spectrum of products, select your size (refer the sizechart if you are not sure of your size) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you can add as many products as you wish to your cart).

➢ Select ‘Continue Shopping’ (if you want to add more items to your cart) or ‘Confirm Order’ if you are done shopping.

➢ Log into your existing Orphic Life account or create a new one by selecting ‘New User’ to proceed.

➢ Once you have your account set up, confirm your shipping address, select the desired payment method and proceed to checkout.

You receive your order at your doorstep by one of our reputed courier service providers. They reach you in perfect condition as all packages are fully sealed and handled with care to protect its contents

An email with your order information confirming your purchase will be waiting in your mailbox before you leave the Orphic Life Store. You also receive a mail once we have dispatched your products from our warehouse.

However, only once your payment and shipping details are approved and verified, your order will be processed and delivered to you, unless it’s a COD order. So, if you are eager to have your Amazing Orphic Life product(s) delivered on time, checkout and provide valid shipping information, just sit back and relax. Your order will be at your doorstep before you know it.

➢ First, we’d request you to check your bank or credit card account to confirm if the money has been debited, even after a payment failure, if so, it is normally credited back to your account within 10 business day by your bank.

➢ If you are still having issues, we are there to assist you, just drop us a mail stating your issue with the details to talk@orphiclife.com and our executives with resolve it in a jiffy.

➢ Login to your account and check the status under ‘My Orders’ section or select ‘Track Order’ (on the top of the screen), type in your Order ID (will be in the confirmation email/SMS) and check your order status.

➢ Anyways, we send you an email and SMS as soon as you place the order, confirming the details, then one email and SMS is sent when your product(s) is dispatched. It doesn’t happen but if there are any delays due to unusual event, you will receive an email and SMS updating you about the same

Payment Related:

With all the secured and encrypted connections while processing your online transaction, you can rest assured your money and Credit/Debit or Net banking details are safe with us.

Oops! It’s because the COD option is not serviceable by our courier partners for your postal location. But relax, you can use one of the other payment methods to place your order!

NOPE! There are absolutely no hidden charges, you only pay the amount you see in the order summary. Orphic Life takes care of any octroi, sales tax, etc, on behalf of you so you can enjoy our product(s) without burning a hole in your pocket.

You can retry, but keep the following in mind:

➢ Recheck to make sure all your details (account details, billing address, etc) are correct

➢ Check to see if your internet connection is not disrupted

➢ If your account is debited after payment failure, it should be credited back by your bank within the next 10 business days.

Shipping Related:

Orders within India are typically delivered in 1 to 4 days in the metros and for the rest of India within 4 to 7 days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Within India, Orphic Life provides free shipping for all orders above Rs. 449. There will be a shipping charge of Rs. 50 on orders below Rs. 449.

Exchange / Return Policy:

➢ You can return or exchange your order within 15 days from the date of delivery.

➢ All returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

➢ You can only apply for a Return/Exchange from your Orphic Life Store account.

   ✓ Login to your account and go the ‘My Orders’ section.
   ✓ Click on ‘View/Edit Order Details’ for the respective order.
   ✓ Choose the Return/Exchange option, select the product(s), pick the reason, click Confirm.
   ✓ A pop-up will appear with our Return/Exchange policy. Click Return/Exchange to initiate the process. You will also receive an email confirmation from us.

➢ Return/Exchange Policy: As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. A maximum of Rs. 100 will be refunded to you for this in the form of Reward Points which you can use for future orders.

➢ Please Note: your courier costs should not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

➢ An internal quality check will be done once we receive the returned product(s) and if the product is intact the product amount will be credited to your account as Reward Points. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.

➢ Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images of the same totalk@orphiclife.com and we will get back to you shortly after.

Cancellation Related:

An order can be cancelled directly from your registered account before it is shipped.

In case the order is shipped you can’t cancel the order but you can:

➢ Refuse the shipment and write to us about it

➢ If you accepted the shipment, you can always return the product and get something else in its place.

➢ For further assistance you can write to us at talk@orphiclife.com, we’d be glad to help you out.

Refund Policy:

➢ You can ask for a refund against any of your orders within 15 days of its date of delivery.

➢ All online refunds will be credited into your Orphic Life Store account as Reward Points which you can use to shop on www.orphiclife.com

➢ The amount credited on return will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Any change in the product price thereafter will not be considered.

➢ As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, we will provide you Reward Points worth Rs. 100 for the shipping charges borne by you.

➢ Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Your amount will be refunded to your Orphic Life Store account in the form of Reward Points. The process will be initiated within 48 hours after we receive your product.

You will receive an email stating that we have initiated the refund, if you have received the mail, we request you to kindly give the system some time to complete the process and check again later.

General FAQs:

Yep, you can! You can send us a mail with the design details and your order to talk@orphiclife.com. To show you our appreciation we will work out a very special discount for you, depending on the quantity.

Once you register with us, you automatically get added to our mailing list so you don’t miss out on any of the new additions, special discounts and offers. If you wish to change your mailing preference, you can unsubscribe from our list but we’d say not to as we would love to inform you first about the latest offers

Click the ‘Forgot Password’ option under your login form and we will send you a password reset link to your registered mail id, click on the link, reset your password and Voila! You are ready to go

Unfortunately, since we only sell online, there is no facility for you to try before placing your order. The size chart on the product page is descriptive and should help you get your size based on the all body measurements given

Oops!! We will not be able to do that due to the existing logistics regulations that make it mandatory to send an invoice along with the product. As for the price tags, we keep it intact so in case you’re your dear one wants to exchange it with no hassle.

Nope, this is not possible. Once we accept your order, you can’t add new products to it but you can always place a fresh order for the other products you want.
